Supervision:  Manufacturing Section Manager, Manufacturing Manager,

Summary of Position: The Label position takes crimped, housed wires and components placing identifying labels to conform to blueprint specifications.

Duties:

1. Read instruction sheets.
2. Determine that you have the correct printed labels to place on the assembly.
3. Measuring for accurate placement on the assembly, wrap the label around the assembly.
4. Fill out traveler paperwork.
5. Make suggestions on improving the processes.
6. Inspect other operators work as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Able to distinguish colors.
2. Able to read small print.
3. Able to read a ruler.
4. Able to read blueprints, schematic
5. Have excellent manual dexterity.
6. Stand for eight (8) or more hours per day.
7. Able to lift and carry 25 lbs. on a repeated basis.
8. Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
